She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and is a Certified Accountant and Certified Tax Advisor in Romania. She began her professional career in 2008 within a Big Four environment, where she developed strong expertise in tax and financial advisory.
After leaving the Big Four, Oana advised large international corporations, with a strong focus on M&A advisory, supporting complex transactions, strategic decision-making, and cross-border mandates.
Her professional background combines technical depth, transactional experience, and strategic perspective, positioning her as a trusted advisor in high-stakes business environments.

Diana specializes in banking and finance and employment law, with solid experience in M&A transactions, advising on complex, cross-border and high-value mandates.
